What are your shipping charges like?  Postage fee will be reply upon your order: according to your location, weight and parcel size.  Q. Can i pay cash on delivery (cod) ?  Sorry we do not have cod service nor meet ups.  Q. How long does my order will arrive?  Shipment time to arrive destination upon payment confirmation:  2 - 5 working days [ Malaysia ] 7 - 21 working days [ International orders ] Q. Any discounts / wholesale rates?  We only have bulk rates for orders above RM500.  Q. Can i pay deposit until i receive my order?   I'm sorry, full payment is required at the time of purchase.  Q. Do you accept refunds / exchanges?  Goods sold are not refundable / exchangeable as all sales are final. Each parcel is carefully packed and tracking number will be given upon shipping. Sorry to inform we are not responsible for the losses, damages or other charges you may encounter for delivering your package.  Q.
