What are your shipping charges like?  Postage fee will be reply upon your order: according to your location, weight and parcel size.  Q. Can i pay cash on delivery (cod) ?  Sorry we do not have cod service nor meet ups.  Q. How long does my order will arrive?  Shipment time to arrive destination upon payment confirmation:  2 - 5 working days [ Malaysia ] 7 - 21 working days [ International orders ] Q. Any discounts / wholesale rates?  We only have bulk rates for orders above RM500.  Q. Can i pay deposit until i receive my order?   I'm sorry, full payment is required at the time of purchase.  Q. Do you accept refunds / exchanges?  Goods sold are not refundable / exchangeable as all sales are final. Each parcel is carefully packed and tracking number will be given upon shipping.
